The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have added former Penn State wide receiver commit William Fuller, according to Dave Miller of nationalfootballpost.com.
According to the report, Fuller committed to the Fighting Irish after he took an unofficial visit to South Bend on Sunday.
Fuller chose the Fighting Irish over Rutgers, Boston College and Maryland, among others.
The Roman Catholic High School (Philadelphia, PA) star is a three-star prospect. He is ranked No. 39 overall at the wide receiver position by Scout.com, but he is ranked No. 132 overall by ESPN.com.
The Penn State Nitty Lions now have 11 commitments for the class of 2013, after three decommitments.
Fuller is 19th commitment for the Irish's 2013 class
